Chiropractic social media marketing

Our brief was to create a social media marketing strategy for the clinic, including paid Facebook advertising to reach a specific target audience. We consulted at length with the owner, as we wanted to have an understanding of him and his business, and where he wanted to go, including a look ahead to the next 12 – 24 months.

We looked at past performance online, to ensure we gained a full picture of the clinic’s goals and requirements. Getting new clients, the ripple effect, the sales funnel, ensuring open channels of communication to ensure goals are being met, and we suggest ways of tracking social media performance and new clients and enquiries.

All copy and imagery are proofed by the client prior to posting. A monthly appraisal is provided, with detailed quarterly reports on performance.

Comments, remarks and reviews are monitored and responded to, with the client kept informed. All medical questions and queries are referred directly to the client.

We continue to work within social media marketing requirements set by the GCC and the UCA/BCA.

Golf social media marketing

Working alongside the retailer, our brief was to create a social media marketing strategy, including paid Facebook advertising to reach a specific target audience. We consulted at length with the retailer to discuss their objectives, as there was no previous history of social media marketing. The brief included setting up of Facebook and Google Plus pages, and to produce content that is informative, friendly and professional.

Our consultation process considers how to approach the most appropriate past performance, ensuring the correct ‘tone of voice’, and considering ways to reach new markets. including promotion of the club’s facilities and the wedding market/function. We encourage open channels of communication to ensure goals are being met, and we suggest ways of tracking social media performance and new clients and enquiries. We also work closely with the club to ensure that they send as many photos and content as possible, in order to build a bigger picture of what happens at events and on the green, including photographs from events and tournaments.
